Douglas Andre

Chief Wealth Officer & Senior Family Office Counsel

Douglas Andre serves as the Chief Wealth Officer and Senior Family Office Counsel for the Horizon Family Office Team. Before joining Keel Point, he was a partner with Ivins, Phillips and Barker in Washington, D.C. where he focused on domestic and international income tax and estate planning matters.

Doug began his career as a Naval Officer and carrier-based pilot. He served 22 years in the Navy including tours as a Commanding Officer of an operational F/A-18 Hornet squadron and as an instructor pilot. Doug began his legal career after leaving the Navy, helping clients manage their tax and estate compliance and planning. In addition to being an attorney Doug is a licensed CPA. Doug and Debbie, his wife of 39 years, have two adult children and one grandchild.
